Introduction

So Academic Prep students, we are going to have a fun online experience with writing this semester. This will be our class blog where we can share with each other how we each learn English best. This will be our class metacognitive journal.

Once a week you will write a post on the blog and share with your classmates a skill, strategy or activity that you find helpful in language learning.

This will help you:

• to become a better language learner
• think about how you are learning
• to find new ideas about how to learn English better
• practice writing

I have written an example post that describes something that helps me when I am learning a new language.
